That's the Naval Academy Foreign Affairs Conference.  I'm one of the Senior Advisors on a Drug Trafficking panel.  Hilariously, the midshipman who is moderating the group asked us to introduce ourselves by saying "Tell us your name and how you're involved in the international drug trade."  Uhhhh...I'm not.
